Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before you frame

Practical answers about measurements, design choices, quotes, confirmation, and shipping for made-to-order rectangle frames.

Do you sell ready-made frames online?

No. Rectangle Frames is a custom-order service, not an e-commerce store. Submit a request, discuss the project with us, and decide whether to confirm the personalized quote.

What can you frame?

Our services are designed for rectangular photographs, artwork, prints, posters, and mirrors. Tell us about the specific item so we can determine whether the project is suitable.

Can you make a nonstandard rectangle frame size?

Yes, custom sizing is central to the service. Panoramic, tall, narrow, metric, and other exact dimensions can be discussed. Suitability depends on the piece, materials, and construction requirements.

How do I measure my piece?

Measure the physical width first, then height, in several places. Do not assume the listed paper or poster size is exact. See the Frame Size Guide for detailed instructions.

What frame styles and finishes are available?

Potential directions include natural wood, stained wood, painted finishes, slim modern profiles, and wider profiles. Actual available options and their suitability are discussed for each request.

Can I request matting or glazing?

Include those preferences in your inquiry. We can discuss mat borders, presentation, and glazing considerations in relation to your item and display setting.

Can I send artwork, photographs, posters, or other materials for framing?

Customer-owned materials may be accepted for approved framing projects. Contact Rectangle Frames and wait for shipping or delivery instructions before sending personal materials.

Does submitting the form place an order?

No. It only sends an inquiry. An order is created only after project consultation, a personalized quote, and your explicit confirmation.

How much will my frame cost?

Each project receives a personalized quote based on dimensions, materials, finishes, design complexity, and additional components or work. Shipping is calculated separately. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or payment obligation.

When is payment arranged?

Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase or payment obligation. The payment method, amount, and timing are discussed and agreed individually. Production begins after you confirm the order and agree to the payment terms.

How long will production take?

Production timing is project-specific and is discussed before you confirm an order. The website does not promise a fixed turnaround or delivery date.

Where do you ship?

Rectangle Frames serves customers across the United States. Shipment feasibility, method, cost, and destination details are confirmed for each order.

Is shipping included in the frame price?

No. Shipping is calculated separately and communicated with the personalized order details before you decide whether to confirm the order.

Can I withdraw, change, or cancel a request?

You may withdraw an inquiry before order confirmation. After you confirm a custom order, cancellation and modification options depend on the agreed terms and how far manufacturing has progressed.

Can a custom-made frame be returned?

Return conditions for a custom-made product are communicated before order confirmation. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

What if the frame has a manufacturing error or does not match the agreed specifications?

Contact Rectangle Frames so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be determined.

What should I do if an order arrives damaged?

Report the damage and include photographs of the product and packaging. Retain the packaging where reasonably possible so the circumstances can be reviewed.

What should I include in my request?

Include item width and height, item type, orientation, desired style or finish, display setting, and any outside-size limit. If you are unsure, provide what you know and describe the project.

Have a question about your piece?

The best next step is often a request with the information you already have. We can identify what still needs to be measured or decided.
